How a session works
Lie down with your spine on the centre line and start a programme. The bed maps the length and curve of your back first.
Pick an automatic routine or a manual mode. First-timers start on the lowest intensity.
Adjust far-infrared warmth and roller intensity on the remote until it feels comfortable.
The rollers travel along your spine while the warmth builds. The bed stops automatically when the session ends.
