How SpineFit works
SpineFit beds combine a spine scan, far-infrared warmth and jade-style rollers in one guided routine. Choose an area below to see how a session works for your neck, back or legs.

How SpineFit works
Every session starts by mapping the length and curve of your spine, so the rollers follow your body.
Far-infrared warmth, adjustable from 30°C to 65°C, builds gently along the roller pathway.
A jade-style projector travels the spine with rolling, kneading, spot and stretch-inspired routines.
Automatic programmes and simple controls make a calm 30-minute daily habit easy to keep.

Each session starts with a scan that maps your spine. A jade-style projector then travels along it with rolling and kneading movement while adjustable far-infrared warmth builds. You choose the programme, warmth and intensity from the remote.
Far-infrared is a gentle form of radiant warmth that you feel as a deep, even heat rather than hot air. On SpineFit beds it is adjustable from about 30°C to 65°C.
Most programmes run for about 30 minutes. Many users enjoy one session a day; start with shorter, lower-intensity sessions for the first week and build up as you get used to the warmth and movement.
The controls are simple and the intensity and warmth start low. Older users, and anyone with a medical condition, should check with their doctor first and begin on the gentlest settings. Our team explains safe use during the demo.
Please consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted device, recent surgery, fractures, severe osteoporosis, cancer, an active infection, a skin condition or loss of sensation in the back, or if you are unsure. SpineFit beds are wellness devices and do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.
Far-infrared warmth is adjustable from about 30°C up to 65°C. Start low; you stay in control of the temperature from the remote throughout the session.
Lie back, feel the warmth and ask every question. Book a free, no-obligation demo at a SpineFit centre or, in many cities, at your home or clinic.
